TENNESSEE ARMY NATIONAL GUARD JOB OPENINGS
	This is a current listing of all current open vacancy announcements with the Tennessee Army National Guard.  Announcements are forwarded to each unit and are posted to their bulletin boards.  If the announcement you are interested in is not posted to this bulletin board, you may obtain one, along with the necessary application forms, at the Tennesee National Guard Human Resources Office located at 3041 Sidco Drive, Nashville, TN. 			To apply for an ACTIVE GUARD AND RESERVE opening, you must submit an NGB 34-1.  Click here to go to NGB forms and print a blank  NGB 34-1 Form.  Scroll down until you find the NGB Form 34-1 and download this form from there.  Fill in application electronically, print it, sign it (ANY APPLICATIONS RECEIVED BY HRO WITHOUT SIGNATURES WILL NOT BE PROCESSED BY HRO) and mail it to HRO in Nashville at the address listed above so that it arrives there NO LATER THAN THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS on the closing date of the jobs closing date. To apply for a TECHNICIAN Opening, you must submit a SF 171.  Click here to link to www.formatta.com to download their free program to fill out your SF 171.  After site comes up, click on "Download" tab.  Click on "Download Formatta Filler 5.0".  Click on "Download Now".  Save program to your choice of  your a drive, c drive, or d drive. You will then have to download the SF171 file that is located on the right-hand side of this website. After downloading, an icon wil be placed on your desktop.    Double click on the SF 171 icon.  Unzip the 3 files.  Close dialog box.  Double click "Shortcut to Filler" icon that is now on your desktop.  Click open tab and go to where you saved the file.  For example, c:/program files/formatta/forms and your SF171 form will be there! Fill in application electronically, print it , sign it (ANY APPLICATIONS RECEIVED BY HRO WITHOUT SIGNATURES WILL NOT BE PROCESSED BY HRO) and mail to HRO in Nashville before the closing date.
