FORTRESS MONROE, Oct. 19. - The steamer Dictator, Capt. BLAKEMAN, has arrived, 32 hours from New York. Oct. 18th, off Penwick's Island, passed steamer A. Hardee, bound South.

Arrived, steamer Suwanee, Captain CALHOUN, nine days from New Orleans, October 18th, spoke United States gunboat Fort Jackson, S. E.fifty-five miles from Cape Henry, bound south. Wished to be reported. All well.

The flag-of-truce steamer New York, in charge of Lieut. Colonel. J. E. MULFORD, arrived from Aiken's Landing at five o'clock this afternoon, with five hundred and fifty prisoners of war, paroled. The following are the names of the officers by this arrival:
