In even numbered years the meetings are held in Texas and in odd numbered years are held in locations where Tyson's have migrated. We have met in Ouachita County, Arkansas, Montgomery County, Tennessee and Anson County, North Carolina for working sessions and in Houston, Georgetown and Round Rock, Texas for sharing sessions. The 1998 meeting is scheduled in Fort Worth, Texas 24th and 25th of April 1998 and will be a sharing session.
The TYSON GENEALOGY NETWORK publishes a quarterly Newsletter to keep members informed of new discoveries, meetings and other items of interest. Prospective members should contact Jerry Tyson Barton, compiler and editor via e-mail at jbarton851@aol.com.
