   Bulk email fee schedule

   I do not wish my email address to be held in any database for purposes
   of sending unsolicited bulk email. Please delete my email address from
   any databases you already hold. Please be aware, and make any other
   parties to whom you have already remitted my addresses aware, that:

   (1) I do not wish to receive from any party any bulk electronic mail
   that I have not explicitly requested in writing;

   (2) If I receive any such unsolicited bulk electronic mail ("email")
   (hereinafter an unsolicited bulk email will be referred to as an
   "article"), in the first instance I send a warning pointing out that I
   exact a US$100.00 charge for proof-reading for, and archival of, each
   and every article. This first article is not proof-read, and the
   charge will not be exacted on the first article, unless it is
   resubmitted; however it is archived, and the charge may be reinstated
   if the submittors can be shown to be reasonably expected to know about
   the policy laid out hereby (such as the case for repeated submissions
   from associates or aliases);

   (3) If I receive any further article or articles from the same sender
   (or from an account I have reasonable cause to assume belonging to the
   same sender), the sender will be deemed to have accepted my terms and
   conditions of contract, and, for the purposes of this contract, the
   article will be deemed an "eligible article" where that term means an
   article whose proof- reading by me will be a chargeable service. Each
   eligible article will be returned by email, with markup comments
   arising from my proof-reading and an invoice for the charge, at the
   rate set above, or at any higher rate of which I have previously
   notified the sender, within fourteen calendar days (the "period") of
   my receipt of the article. If I cannot find the time to proof-read the
   eligible article within the period, I will return the article unread
   and without charge as soon as I can, however I will make my best
   endeavours to proof-read any eligible article within the period. I do
   not accept any liability for loss or damage arising from a failure of
   mine to reply within the period, or from the failure of any
   intermediate email carrier to deliver either the article or my
   response.

   All eligible articles are archived, and the service can be resumed at
   a later time at my option. Repeat submissions will get high priority
   for resuming the service, with the assesment of the charge on all of
   the back-logged entries;

   (4) Articles submitted to me as a subscriber of any email discussion
   list, either directly via the list server program or gatewayed from
   different original sources (such as the network news mechanism
   commonly known as Usenet) will be considered for eligibility as well;

   (5) Excessively (over 20 times within 45 day) multiposted or
   excessively crossposted submissions via netnews, irrespective whether
   or not they count as bulk email articles as well, will incur a $0.32
   per-post charge subject to a $10.00 minimum. In addition, further
   reasonable fees to cover collecting, mailing costs and investigating
   expenses may be charged as well;

   Submitting, or contracting others to do so, of articles covered under
   (2)-(5) by persons who could reasonably be expected to be aware of the
   policy hereby stated constitutes agreement to the terms and fee
   schedule described herein. Payment of invoices within 15 days will
   result in 80% discount applied to the amount, otherwise the full sum
   is due upon receipt. Failure to pay after 30 days will result in an
   addition of 0.5% per month compounding interest charge to all of the
   fees listed above.

   Notification of the charges incured, as detailed above, will usually
   be sent via email only. If the total exceeds $500 I will attempt to
   make a copy of a notification delivered via postal mail as well, but
   in any event the notice will be deemed in effect upon the arrival of
   the electronic copy.

   (*) genuinely clueless spammers are entitled to a 50% discount on the
   per-post EMP/ECP charges, provided that they themselves commit rather
   than contract out the abuse known as spamming.
