Nominations may be sent by letter directly to 1555 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 200, Arlington, VA 22209-2405. AT/IDTT POINTS
In order to receive points and credit for AT and IDTT, a copy of the original Endorsed orders must be turned into each detachment's reserve center within 12 months after completion of duty. Many FH9 personnel neglected to turn in orders after their FY97 AT, and consequently, their latest Annual Retirement Point record does not reflect the evolution.
