• why can't you leave me alone?

Green Eyes

• On a slow afternoon I was one day given table 60
• I fell in love with your eyes that day, I the
• waiter and you my table. The fire within these
• emeralds captured me, held me transfixed. I was the center of
• the universe, I knew the meaning of meaning, I knew love?
• Your boyfriend, husband? arrived soon after, you showed
• him your smile. But your green eyes are mine alone.

  • A life is a precious thing
