An interesting, possibly English sampler with alphabets, training vines, flowering trees with birds, a motto, and a bible quotation. Worked by Sarah Farr Floore at age 7, in 1799 using Cross stitch, counted satin stitch, and straight stitch.

A brightly coloured sampler of alphabets, both plain and embellished, and an assortment of spot motifs including animals, flowers, and windmills. Stitches used are Cross stitch, Algerian Eyes, Straignt stitch, Backstitch, and Eyelets.
