Red cap course:
When you enter the castle's front entrance, after you have gotton so many stars, look up at the skylight and you will be transported to the red cap course.
Green cap course:
The green cap course is located in the mine level by the underground lake. Ride on the lock ness monster to a ledge on the outside of the lake. Go through the door and enter the course. To finish the green cap course you must collect eight red stars. WATCH OUT! do not let the current take you all the way or else you will end up outside the castle and fall down the waterfall!
Blue cap course:
This course is located in the moat and is only accesable when you drain the moat. To drain the moat you must be in the basement of the castle and walk through the basement until you get to a room filled with water with four platforms. You must slam the platforms to drain the moat. When the water drains inside, the moat will also be drained. Open the door and you'll be in the moat. Walk around the moat untill you see a hole in the ground. Fall into the hole and you'll be in the blue cap course.
