Bear Creek Cemetery
    Attala County, Mississippi
The Bear Creek Cemetery compilation is a small portion of a large project undertaken by Marymaganos McCool Fenwick and Billye Brown Akin to record and catalogue every cemetery in Attala County.  Mrs. Akin died before the project came to fruition.  With fortitude and determination Marymaganos McCool Fenwick ushered the finished product, "Attala Mississippi Cemeteries"  into print in 1988.  Genealogy researchers interested in Attala County ancestors owe Mrs. Fenwick a debt of gratitude for her countless hours of toil on our behalf.

This Web Page listing of the Bear Creek Cemetery is dedicated to the memory of Marymaganos McCool Fenwick and all the people who assisted her in this worthy, selfless project.
