Summary: Roxanne Gilbert, a friend of Iron Man's, is one of several Americans being held prisoner in an experimental "Utopian" city in Viet Nam. When Iron Man comes to Roxanne's rescue, the Crimson Dynamo seizes the opportunity to avenge himself. With brief appearances from the other two members of the Titanic Three, the Radioactive Man and the Titanium Man.

Continuity: Chen Lu appears in a one-page debate with the Dynamo.

Comments: This is a very poorly constructed story. The "futuristic Shangi-La" in Viet Nam is poorly introduced, the villains' motives are unclear, and the art is so murky that the two heroic female characters are difficult to distinguish. Utterly uninteresting.
