That deceased was killed while in the employ of Fir and Spruce Lumber Co., that said company is to pay to the administrator of the estate of said deceased a sum of money, in as much as the negligence of said corporation was responsible for the death of the said deceased; that there be a duly appointed a qualified administrator to whom the said corporation may pay the amount which they are entitled to pay as a result of their negligence.
