The upper frame has two horizontal lines at the bottom and:
The top line is not connected to the lines above.
The lower left end of the E of POSTALE and the tassel below are in line
The serif of the 1 of SCUDO 1 is bent at the top and thin or broken at bottom right
The C of SCUDO is flattened at the top
The line of the left side ornament is broken at 10 o'clock
There is often a dot at top left of the N of FRANCO
There is always a dot upper left next to the P of POSTALE
