Genuine4 cuartos (#68)(Not regularly issued)
1. Lithographed in shades of blue on white wove paper.
2. There are white hairlines noticeable in the lower tablets. In the tablet with the 4 in it, there is a long line above the numeral and 1 small one below it. In the tablet with the Cs in it, there is a small line above the s of Cs. On heavily inked copies these lines may not be as noticeable, but forgers seem to have "fixed" these details and don't appear on forgeries.
