Hannah and Jake meet again at the 2001 CCRCA National in Perry Georgia
Betty finished her CH with 3 majors, but her real star quality is in the quality puppies she produced. Betty easily earned her ROM and ROMX. Betty passed along many of her wonderful characteristics and her wonderful temperament. 
Among her titled offspring to date she has 8 Conformation Champions; 5 Junior Hunters; 5 WC's; Two WCX's One WCQ. One NAHRA Started Retriever; 2 Companion Dogs, One Novice Agility Dog; One Novice Agility Jumpers With Weaves; 1 AKC Open Agility titled dog; 2 Therapy Dog Internationals; 2 CGC's, one working on his Master Hunter level in field, and many more that are pointed or well on their way to a field or agility title. Her father, BISS Ch. Ptarmigan Walk The Wild Side, was a multi group placer who won first AKC recognized CCR National Specialty (1994)
Her Sire, BIS Ch. Summerwind's Charles Dickens CD, WC, TDI, HOF National BOB 1989 CR-208F24M, is the first curly to go Best In Show

CR-429E24M, CERF Loki is a Conformation Champion, trained to a CD level and although not hunted is very birdy with good marking ability. His father Ch. Karakul Trademark ROM CR-199G29M-T, CERF Ivan was a Multi Group placer, brother to BIS BISS CH Karakul Titan ROM. Titan was the first Curly to have over 60 group placements. He won the National Specialty three times, and was the second curly to win a Best In Show. 
Loki's Mom, BISS CH Ptarmigan Gail At Riverwatch CD WC CGC TT TDI National BOB 93,97,98,99 CR-EL10-T CR-336F28F-T, CERF Tempest has 100 group placements; Westminster BOB 7 years. National Spec. BOB 4 times; Top group placing curly of all time in US to Date; #1 Curly 92,94,95,96,97 and to date; Top group winning curly of all time in US. Tempest is a great all around curly. She excelled in the show ring, yet has loads of field drive. 
BISS Ch. Ptarmigan Walk The Wild Side CR-339G26M-T, CERF. Teddy was a multi group placer who won first AKC recognized CCR National Specialty (1994) Teddy is the sire of the first female curly coated retriever in the breed's history to reach the title of Master Hunter and 2nd Master Hunter over all in the breed. Many of his wonderful qualities can be seen in his granddaughter Hannah. 
CH Mathel Felicitation CR-453G24F cardiac CR-CA3/38F/C Bumper finished her AKC Championship at the 1998 CCRCA National Specialty weekend. Bumper is Pedigree's 2000 Top Producing Dam. Bumper also had an amazing litter of 17 pups which is a record in the breed.
