|Kosovo & Albania|
|Gjakova Police Station, destroyed by a NATO bomb. It was used as a Serbian military headquarters. In the previous decade the local Albanians feared it greatly. They say 99% of the people who went in were never heard from again. Torture and intimidation were the most common tools. The local Albanians who witnessed the bombing stood and cheered.|
|Downtown Gjakova Shopping District|
|When the Serbian military could not intimidate Albanian shop keepers by any oher means they would resort to burning their place of business. All over Kosovo and including Gjakova there are street after street burt to the gound in this fashion. BUT you see here just two weeks after NATO's occupation shop keepers are restoring some bit of normal to their lives. The Kosovar Albanians are a resilent and enterprising people with a true work ethic. Just the kind to help spread the Gospel of Jesus throughout the muslim world.
GOD has a plan for them.

|Gjakova is where we will make our home for the next few years. We have very good relationships with many there. Although most are not Christian, they are open to the Gospel of Christ and our style of relationship evangelism is not threating to them. Once we have set up house we hope to begin teaching English, this can be a powerful tool to present the Gospel to non-belivers here. We would ask that you pray with us that their hearts and minds recieve the life changing words of Jesus. Due to some delays it may be spring before we begin our work there. Please pass this web page onto anyone you think might be interested. Jezusi Yu Bekoft "Jesus bless you"
