Three inch patterns should print out to 4 inches on MAC's
If you can't get this pattern to do that, then try printing out the four inch one and reducing it to 75%.
If yo do print this 3 inch one out to four inches for a MAC you will have to trim the seam allownaces to 1/4 inch because they will also print out larger.
