Used at the 2005 HOPRA National Championships.  Elevation changes, long straights, tight coners, sweepers, banking - this track has it all in classic road course tradition.  If you tried to combine Watkins Glen, Riverside and Road America into one design, it would probably look something like this...

The Grand Champion is up and running, but it is still under construction.  Since this picture was taken, table borders have been added and the elevated sections have been sealed so that cars cannot get caught underneath the track.

This track will be used by SCCOTTT to promote slot car racing.  Built with a two-piece table, it was designed to be portable.  SCCOTTT plans to take the track to classic car shows and other community events and let the public at large try their hand at slot car racing.  While fairly simple, the track features some elevation in the esses and a decreasing radius final turn.
