FLORENCE MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY

ADMISSION TICKET
LOCATION: Florence Museum of Natural History, Florence, Italy
DATE OF TRAVEL: July 1999

This was the official ticket that enabled me to view up close the wonders of the Florentine Villafranchian mammal collection, a collection that Baron Georges Cuvier (the early French scientist who thought up the concept of extinction) devoted a lifetime to studying. The ticket was very inexpensive, about $2.75 American dollars.
